9 months old

On August 12th, Kate will be nine months old. NINE---yikes. I am loving every single day with her. In honor of her turning 9 months old, here are 9 new things she has been doing lately.

1. can feed herself puffs, mum-mums & gerber cereal bars
2. has tried diced pears, watermelon and plums w/out the skin
3. rocking/scooting practically crawling :)
4. GIVES KISSES - my favorite
5. likes to just sit and play with her toys especially musical instruments
6. loves getting her hair dried and brushed
7. has two teeth on the bottom
8. loves watching us brush our teeth and she gets hers brushed now
9. helps turn off the lights and shut the blinds---what a big girl :)

Fun times at the library. Kate's favorite part is when we play baby soccer. Every mommy holds up their baby and we get in a circle. The little ones kick the beach ball back and forth. Kate gets very upset if she doesn't get the ball multiple times. She just might be a soccer player after all!


She is a special little girl and I love being her mommy.
