So far, 31 has been good to me. My bday celebrations started off in Katy at my sister's house. They spoiled us with a fantastic lunch, some bubbly and even a cake! Thanks Court & Kev for making me feel so special and start my thirty first year off right. The kids had a blast together (minus a few, "I won, NO I won" incidents!) Those Coston's are competitive j/k.
Sunday, the 7th was my actual birthday. We loaded up the girls and headed to College Station to watch a soccer game. It was alumni weekend and we enjoyed seeing some of our old friends! Kate loved the game and Abbey was a little demanding but overall it was a success! Coach G even gave Kate a high five and she was so pumped :)
That night my parents got to come over for a pizza party and lots of fun! Thanks Mom and Dad for racing home from the river to make me feel so special! I am one lucky girl.
You would think my birthday celebrations would stop there BUT leave it to my sweet sister in law to have us over on Thursday. Traci made us dinner and got us a cake too! It was so great to have Susan, Don, Carl, Traci, Tripp, Tucker and my girls all singing Happy Birthday to Erik and me :)
Abbey actually took her first real steps on Thursday! We are so happy and proud of her. She has been a knee walker for awhile now, but not anymore. Lookout Kate your sister is gonna really get you now.
Thanks to everyone for spoiling us! The next bday in the family is Kate. She will be 3 going on 15 :)
