Enjoying her new turtle floatOn Sunday we headed to the Guadalupe River with Kate. It was her first real road trip to the Hill Country. She was a very good and sleepy passenger!! We met Mimi and Grandpa there. They were so nice to watch Kate while we tubed down the freezing cold river. We had a blast eating in Gruene, seeing my parents new house being framed and spending time together. We look forward to many more memories to be made at the river.

Worn out!This about sums up our short trip. Little Kate was completely exhausted and slept for 2 hours and 45 minutes on the way home. We had such a fun time and a peaceful ride home--gotta love that!
